Sooner or later, one of your clients will have a legal dilemma involving a tree. In both public and private settings, trees are often a contentious issue. Join us as we review core legal principles arborists should be mindful of when working on trees and shrubs. Tom Brady, MCA, MQTW will lead the discussion. After 35 years in business and 25 years as a public official, Tom has encountered all manners of tree-related legal issues. In his various roles, he has been called upon to consult, testify, and mediate disputes.
