which will be used to prioritize, develop, and implement improvement projects and maintenance practices, that support the care and preservation of and enhance the ‘Historic Designed Landscape’. The manual will provide guidance for ongoing landscape care and successional renewal, while balancing safety considerations with the design aesthetic, cultural value, hydrological, and ecological systems that honor and reinforce the parkways historic landscape character and integrity.
